The first TnT on the new track is done. It was a hot sunny southern california day as the racers pulled in to the new Orange Show track. Some as far away as Visalia and Las Vegas. They all came out to get a feel for the new track. Although the track is new or "green", that didn't stop the times from dropping. Jim Shauer squeezed off a 1.48 with his extreme rail. Mike Smith also got his funny car in to the 1.6's, with a time of 1.69 @ 80mph. Other's made very nice passes all day long. All in all it was a good day. The 2007 points season is going to start May 19th. So get them cars ready cause it's time to get it on.
