If you had your choice starting out again what would you do different what you run Nitro or electric? What would be a good setup for a beginner?

I would have saved my money~!

Honestly, not that the above was not. I would not have changed a thing. electric dragster. Nothing more to know.

Good luck and if you need anything feel free to ask.

I'd choose [nitro] Top Alcohol Dragster. 0.18 engine I think it still is. Fast enough for fun; but no so fast that it costs a lot of $$$$.cc.

Thanks for the replys , Which class has more competition? Let tell ya a little about myself I fly planes And try to fly Helis Smile I was going to get a car about three years ago but due to things a few deaths in the family and some health reasons my head was not clear enough to commit to anything. So I am back and am looking at getting into some new fun. I am looking at one maybe 2 rides to start with. What I can get more bang for my buck and what should I start out with?

Thanks
Lou

LMan, You need to look at what are the more popular classes were you plan to race. I see your in So Cal so you would race with us. The most popular class is 10.5t 2cell dragster, Elect TF/FC, and Gas T/F dragster. The best is to stop by during an event a talk to everyone. Elect cars are easier to run and maintain.
